Developed by Red Kite 9 LTD., Love Notes Daily is a couples app designed to help partners stay emotionally connected every day. Draw handwritten notes, add photos, and send them straight to your partner's phone — making the ordinary feel special.

Our mission is to replace passive scrolling with active love. Whether it's a quick doodle before work, a heartfelt message at lunchtime, or a shared reward you're both working toward, Love Notes Daily gives you a beautiful, private space to nurture your relationship.

Love Notes Daily uses Supabase for secure cloud delivery of your notes. Your drawings and messages are encrypted in transit and are only ever shared between you and your paired partner.

Welcome to Love Notes Daily. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Notes Daily mobile application ("App") created by Red Kite 9 Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Love Notes Daily is a relationship and wellness tool that lets couples draw, write, and send handwritten notes to each other via a paired partner connection. The App uses Supabase for secure cloud storage and delivery of notes between paired users.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• In-App Purchases: The App offers subscription-based features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (IAP).
• Shared Access: A single active subscription unlocks all features for both you and your paired partner — only one of you needs to subscribe.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the authority to issue refunds directly.

3. Usage Requirements

To function, the App requires an internet connection to send and receive notes. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements to run the App. You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. The App is intended for use between two consenting adults in a relationship.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App (excluding user-generated drawings and notes) are the exclusive property of Red Kite 9 Ltd. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Love Notes Daily is provided "as is." While we aim to help couples stay connected, we are not responsible for:

• Notes that fail to deliver due to network outages or device restrictions.
• Loss of drawings or notes resulting from device failure, OS updates, or account deletion.
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

At Red Kite 9 Ltd., we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how Love Notes Daily handles information for our iOS application.

1. Data Collection and Usage

• Account Data: We store your email address and display name to identify your account and connect you with your paired partner.
• Notes and Drawings: Your drawings and messages are uploaded to our secure Supabase cloud infrastructure solely for delivery to your partner. Notes are not analysed, sold, or shared with any third party.
• Push Notifications: We store a device token to deliver note arrival notifications. This token is never used for advertising.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and processes data in accordance with GDPR. Because the App uses Apple's In-App Purchase system, Apple may collect certain transaction data. Please refer to Apple's and Supabase's Privacy Policies for details on how they handle your information. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. Data Security

All data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Notes stored in Supabase are access-controlled so that only you and your paired partner can read them. We recommend keeping your iOS software up to date to ensure the best security for your account.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will delete it.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this section. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the partner pairing work?

When you sign up, you are given a unique pairing code. Share it with your partner and they enter it in their app to link your accounts. Once paired, notes you draw are delivered directly to your partner's device.

Do both of us need to subscribe?

No. A single active subscription unlocks premium features for both partners. As long as one person in a pair holds an active subscription, both accounts have full access.

Are our notes private?

Yes. Notes are stored in our secure Supabase infrastructure and are only accessible to you and your paired partner. We do not read, analyse, or share your drawings or messages.

What happens to my notes if I cancel my subscription?

Your account and note history remain accessible. Sending new notes requires an active subscription, but you can still view notes already received in your shoebox.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Since all transactions are handled by Apple, you can cancel by:

1. Opening the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tapping your Apple ID/Name at the top.
3. Selecting Subscriptions.
4. Choosing Love Notes Daily and selecting "Cancel Subscription."

Can I use this on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any of your iOS devices to access your notes and continue sending to your partner.

What if my partner and I break up — how do I unpair?

You can unpair from the Settings screen inside the app. Once unpaired, neither partner can send or receive notes through the old connection. You can start fresh by creating a new pair with someone else.
